I didn't do any shopping on Tuesday this week so I went to four stores today. The best deals for this week were the peanut butter and cheese at Kroger. You can't beat free and the cheese came out to only $1.06 each.

You've probably noticed that I bought hoisin sauce, which is a bit carby due to the sugar content. Now that I'm in maintance, I don't worry too much about using small amounts of special condiments for flavoring. I found an Asian salad recipe online that I really want to try soon and it calls for hoisin sauce. It's a recipe by Curtis Stone called Grilled Ginger-Sesame Chicken Salad. It doesn't contain a lot of expensive ingredients, sounds delicious and is very low carb except for the hoisin. I don't think it would taste nearly as good without it though.
