Menu for the week of 5/11 thru 5/17

SUNDAY:

MONDAY:
Pork Shoulder Roast

TUESDAY:
Pork & Mushroom Stir-Fry

WEDNESDAY:

THURSDAY:
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers

FRIDAY:
Leftovers
Lori's Snickerdoodles

SATURDAY:
Seoul Chicken
Fried "Rice"

I didn't make the tuna casserole until yesterday and I made the onion quiche today so there's enough left for a few more days. This morning I made the "ice cream cubes" for the strawberry ice cream. However, I don't have any Da Vinci syrup so I just replaced it with more cream and extra sweetener. That will change the carb count a bit but I'm not going to worry about it. It's my special Mother's Day treat. I will use some of Monday's leftover pork roast to make the stir-fry on Tuesday.
