QUICK ASIAN PORK STIR-FRY |
I love reading your menus. I've been trying to lower my carbs and your menus really help with ideas.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that, Rose.
DeleteI hope to make the Asian Stir fry this week. I notice you make it regularly so I bet it's good!
ReplyDeleteFor being so simple and cheap to make, it is very good. I also like that I can easily change up the flavor by adding different Asian condiments and veggies. I've also made it with ground beef and it's good that way too. Ground turkey or chicken would work as well but they're too expensive for my budget. In fact, I'll probably switch to using ground beef after I use the last package of ground pork from the freezer. The price has doubled on ground pork over what I used to pay for it and I rarely see it marked down anymore.
DeleteLately I've been adding a bag of fresh bean sprouts to this but I got a cabbage on sale at Aldi last week for 59-cents which I'm going to shred and add to the stir-fry this time. A bag of sprouts is 99-cents so I've saved a little and I'm sure it will taste just as good. Adding more veggies stretches the meat farther.
