  1. Merry Christmas. I have learned so much from your blog. My family thinks Christmas dinner is standing rib roast. Too expensive at $35. So I went to the discount meat at Krogers and found 3 bone in rib steaks at half price. reassembled to look like a rib roast and tied together with unwaxed dental floss and it was perfect for $15 for 3lb roast.
