  1. I can't wait to try this fish recipe. I have COPD and eat lots of veggies and fish. And, yes, fried fish is best to me but I can't stand over that boiling hot oil for long periods.

    1. It is very good, Sandy, but it's best hot from the oven. It doesn't reheat all that well or at least the coating doesn't stay crispy.
