Tuna "Rice" Casserole (if some of the leftovers are gone by this time)

I was recently asked what I usually eat for breakfast and I realized that I haven't been posting about it here on my weekly menus. My husband usually eats the quiches that I make and I usually have a CARBmaster yogurt with some whipped cream folded in and topped with some of my Coconutty Crunch. The whipped cream helps boost the fat content and makes the yogurt more filling. As far as lunches, I mostly eat whatever leftovers are on hand or I'll make myself some eggs.

    1. I'm glad you liked them. I forgot that I had them on my menu because I moved the Burger Scramble Florentine to Saturday and I'm making the Pound Cake on Sunday. We had too many leftovers so I had to remove something from the menu.

      Delete
