I'm a little late posting this because I just got my computer back from the repair shop yesterday afternoon. I got way behind on a lot of things due to not having my computer for nearly two weeks. Thankfully it's back and working fine again.
This morning I made a batch of Easy Corned Beef & Cabbage using a can of corned beef that I bought for just 99-cents at Aldi a couple weeks ago. I was surprised to find that it was a bit different than the brands I've used before. I've used Libby and Armour brands which are both very soft and they fall apart when stirred into the cabbage. The brand I got from Aldi is more like beef "Spam". I was able to cut it into small cubes and they held their shape during cooking.
I also want to mention that I've changed my email address. Updating all of my accounts took me several hours last night but I finally got that finished up this morning.
