SATURDAY:
Sloppy Dog Casserole (new recipe)

I'm still hoping to find a good price on eggplant. I bought the whole milk mozzarella to make Eggplant Lasagna and now I just need the eggplant. The best price I've seen lately is $1.00 each and I'm hoping to get them 2/$1.00. If they don't go on sale soon, I may just go ahead and pay a buck each for two of them.
