I posted a new pizza recipe on my main website today. It has my version of the famous Fat Head pizza crust and it's a little different than most that I've seen online. Click HERE to go to the recipe.
What to do with left-over cream cheese: When I make the bullet ice cream (frozen strawberries, cream, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla - blend in blender), I found that if I throw in an oz or so of cream cheese, I get a very creamy ice cream that taste of strawberry cheese cake.
That sounds wonderful but I rarely make things like that. Cream cheese would go bad before I had a use for it. If I freeze what's left, it just sits in the freezer for years. When I used to make THIS pizza crust recipe that calls for cream cheese, I always made two crusts and froze one. That one called for 4 ounces so it worked out perfectly to make two crusts. I like this crust much better so I haven't been making that other recipe lately.
