SEOUL CHICKEN
 The "Nacho Taco" on my menu is a concoction that I came up with a couple weeks ago on the fly. When I make it this time, I will try to remember to take photos and write up the recipe to post on my website. It's basically ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning and I mixed in a couple of batches of my Quick Nacho Cheese Dip. I also added some chopped onions and tomatoes. This time I'm going to serve it with guacamole and sour cream.

  1. Linda, I finally picked up carbmaster yogurt....peach my favorite, but was thinking tonite I wish I could top it with something crunchy. Yay you've got a great topping, thank you!! Nacho taco looks good too.

    1. I'm not sure if I've tried the peach yogurt. It might taste a bit like peach cobbler with the crunchy stuff on it.

  2. Thing that shocked me is the peach has tiny bits of real peaches and same carbs as the others.
