  1. Your food plan is so disciplined. I admire your self-discipline and for not snacking in between your meals. Oh, that I was so disciplined.

    1. I don't think that I said that I never have snacks or eat between meals. It's just rare. I sometimes nibble on a piece of cheese or have a few bites of something like the egg salad that I made this week.
