Menu for the week of 10/26 thru 11/1

SALSA SAUSAGE QUICHE

SUNDAY:
Leftover Ham Quiche
Leftover Pork & Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Leftover Pound Cake

MONDAY:
Sloppy Dog Casserole (new recipe)

TUESDAY:
Pizza (either Deep Dish or with LC-Foods pizza crust)

WEDNESDAY:
Salsa Sausage Quiche
Leftovers

THURSDAY:
Easy Corned Beef & Cabbage

FRIDAY:
Leftovers

SATURDAY:
Leftovers

EASY CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE

My menu looks a bit sparse for next week so I may have to add some Tuna Muffins or something to fill the gaps. We have too many leftovers this week so I've moved the Sloppy Dog Casserole up a couple of days.

    1. I love that it's so quick and easy to make. Have you made any tweaks? I keep thinking about trying it with green salsa but I love the red so much that I chicken out every time.

  2. I have only made it as written except to use taco cheese blend. Green salsa sounds good too. I have been considering cooking all the sausage when I bring it home and freezing it in 12 to 16oz portions. Have you done this with sausage?
