SALSA CHICKEN

If you recall, I got some sour cream very cheap recently which is why I'll be making either the Salsa Chicken or Green Enchilada Chicken. They both use the same amount of sour cream and only the type of salsa is different. I'll have to see what I'm in the mood for when the time comes. I've got both red and green salsa on hand.
