ITALIAN MEATBALL BURGERS

I don't have a link to the Mexican Stuffed Peppers yet because I'll be making them for the first time tomorrow. I'll add the link later. Wednesday's menu will depend on the price of eggplant on Tuesday. If it's not on sale, I'll make the Italian Meatball Burgers instead.

  1. I just wanted to thank you for this blog, and how you shop and budgeting. I am building up my savings and it's been a huge eye opener on how much I could be saving. Also you recipes are awesome!

    1. Thanks. I've been a bit of a super shopper for all of my married life even before low carb. It is a bit frustrating these days though with prices going through the roof on the foods that I need the most. I'll just have to do the best I can and keep an eye out for good deals when they're to be had.
