  1. I'm having such a difficult time finding LC chicken recipes that don't have dairy (I'm allergic). Do you think this recipe would be good if I substituted the cream for coconut milk? Also, I wondered what your favorite chicken (dairy free) recipes might be?

    1. Coconut milk might work but it would dramatically change the flavor of the dish. I don't think it would taste bad though, just different. I'll have to take a look through my recipes and see what I can find without dairy. Have you been to my recipe site? If not, you can get to it from the link at the bottom of this post. Off the top of my head, one of my favorites is Seoul Chicken. You can find the recipe on my site and I've also posted about it here on my blog.
