I usually make a batch of Mock Rice Pudding whenever Kroger has cottage cheese on sale. It's easy to make and my husband loves it (I do too). I usually double the recipe and put in a 16-ounce container of cottage cheese. If I have a 24-ounce container of cottage cheese, I'll double everything else and put in the whole container of cottage cheese.

Favorite Recipe: Mock Rice Pudding
